NYFW Men's Rag & Bone

Here's what I was wearing to the first day of NYFW Men's - Winter Style in full effect layered in a plaid topcoat and a bold striped sweater. Knowing that NYMD was in the FiDi district, I styled a look that would go with the historic downtown area. The colors and details of my Rag & Bone plaid topcoat matched perfectly with the old buildings. It's a subtle pattern mix with the plaid and striped sweater. Mixing different patterns at various scales is the right way to go without clashing. Since the top is busy with the patterns, I went with plain black jeans and suede chelsea boots. I just got these Common Projects chelsea work boots over christmas and I am loving the look and quality of them.
